The COVID 19 pandemic has affected lives and livelihoods of people across the planet. While it is uncertain how the pandemic is and will affect agricultural production around the world, it has demonstrated the need for systems to provide timely and accurate best estimate assessments of agricultural production. This web portal provides an overview and assessment of agricultural production among selected countries across East Africa and South Asia. At the moment, the web portal provides selected information for key staple grains across the major agricultural areas in a few countries in these regions. This portal will be updated as more data and analytics are developed.
